CORRECTIVE WORK
Because we appreciate a challenge, we don’t shy away from work begun by someone else. We have taken over several projects begun by other contractors, some at the request of the contractor and some at the request of the homeowner. We have experience providing consultations to evaluate the value of work performed compared to the dollars paid and mediating mutual end-of-contract agreements between homeowners and their previous contractor.
